Arrive at Denver airport on the first day of the retreat (Sunday, July 27th) *Recommended to arrive by 4pm.
Schedule your departure for the last day of the retreat (Friday, August 1st)

Reserve your spot with a $500 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit. The remainder of your payment will be due June 27, 2025. When booking, please look closely at the cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – Golden, Colorado Retreat

The $500 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you book a Deluxe Double and your roommate cancels, you will be responsible for the full rate unless another roommate is found.

If you cancel more than 30 days before the retreat, all payments except the $500 deposit will be refunded.

If you cancel within 30 days of the retreat, no refund will be issued.
